Chemical Clean

For heavily soiled exteriors we use a wide range of acid based cleaners. After a careful assessment of the particular substrate and the nature of the surface contamination we will clean a small test area to evaluate the correct concentration of acid. Once an area has been treated and the chemical allowed to dwell for the specified amount of time the surface is gently washed with a low pressure hot water system. The acids are individually designed to work on a specific type of surface contamination, for example heavy carbon deposits often require a hydrofluoric acid based product. In regards to the environment all the organic ingredients that are contained within our chemicals are fully biodegradable once adequately diluted and are therefore safe.

Rotary Cleaning

Suitable for various types of hard surfaces our rotary cleaner provides the ideal solution for dealing with large surface areas. Using encapsulated high pressure rotary nozzles we are able to clean block paving, concrete slabs, tarmac and natural stone quickly and efficiently, creating the minimum of disruption to the surrounding area.

Fungicide/Algaecide Treatment

Our fungicide/algaecide is a broad-spectrum anti-viral and antibacterial disinfectant, providing long lasting protection against algae and moss. After a period of between 2 to 4 days following application the product will kill mould and other growths, with a secondary cleaning action occurring over the following weeks. The product will typically protect against re-growth for 6-9 months after the first treatment, and for 9-12 months after subsequent treatments. Totally biodegradable to EC/OECD standards and containing no bleach or acids the product is suitable for the most delicate of surfaces.

De Icing Treatment

Our de-icer is a high performance, fast acting and long lasting product. Suitable for all types of residential and commercial areas.
